AP - Democratic vice presidential candidate Joe Biden on Monday cast White House hopeful Barack Obama with presidential giants, likening attacks against his running mate to criticisms lobbed against Thomas Jefferson's Christianity, Abraham Lincoln's commitment to individual rights and John F.
