Blue Dogs lobby Obama on Iraq, Afghanistan budgets

(CNN) — Fiscal conservative Democrats in the House are already lobbying President-elect Obama to stop the practice of using emergency supplemental bills to pay for operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, and to start including costs in annual budget.
