From Ken Strickland and Andrea MitchellNBC News has obtained a Memorandum of Understanding between the Clinton Foundation and the Obama transition on how Bill Clinton's Foundation will conduct its activities -- and disclose its donors -- for the duration of Hillary Clinton's tenure as secretary of state, should she be confirmed.
