WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Prominent Wall Street lawyer H. Rodgin Cohen has withdrawn from consideration to become deputy U.S. Treasury Secretary, a Democratic source said on Thursday, dealing another setback to the department's efforts fill critical positions. (link)
