From NBC's Mark MurrayEarlier today, we noted that national Republicans have been silent about yesterday's unanimous three-judge ruling confirming Al Franken the winner in Minnesota's never-ending Senate contest.
Until now.
In an fundraising email to supporters -- rather a typical press statement -- National Republican Senatorial Committee Chairman John Cornyn (R-TX) blasted the so-called tripartisan ruling, as well as the entire re-canvassing/recount process.
