Court says EU illegally froze Iran group's funds (AP)

 
AP - A court ruled Thursday that European Union governments illegally froze the funds of an Iranian opposition group, giving one of Tehran's most implacable foes more ammunition in its fight to be removed from the bloc's list of terrorist organizations. (link)
