WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Democrat Mark Warner on Tuesday won his bid to replace retiring Republican Sen. John Warner in the U.S. Senate race in Virginia, a victory that will help Democrats solidify their hold on Congress, U.S. media projected. (link)
