Bloomberg - Nov. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Representative Rahm Emanuel, a bare- knuckled Chicago politician versed in the inner workings of Capitol Hill and the White House, has accepted President-elect Barack Obama's offer to serve as chief of staff, three people close to him said. (link)
