EU to resume key talks with Russia, though Lithuania objects (AFP)

 
AFP - EU foreign ministers agreed on Monday that frozen talks on a new strategic pact with Russia should restart, despite Lithuanian opposition, with the negotiations expected to begin within weeks. (link)
