(CNN) — Former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle is currently testifying before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee regarding his nomination to be the next Health and Human Services Secretary.
Massachusetts Sen. Ted Kennedy is the committee's chairman.
