Hill says NKorea nuclear talks have made progress (AP)

 
AP - President-elect Barack Obama will be confronted during his first days in office with stalled disarmament talks involving a recalcitrant North Korea, which holds a stash of weapons-grade plutonium that experts say could fuel as many as 10 nuclear bombs. (link)
