Japan, EU: NKorean nuke test violates UN sanctions (AP)

 
AP - Japan and the European Union condemned North Korea's reported nuclear test as a violation of U.N. sanctions, as several leaders, including President Barack Obama, suggested Monday that they would bring the matter to the Security Council. (link)
