President-elect Barack Obama is holding a press conference this morning in Chicago, beginning at 10:40 a.m., to name several top cabinet members.
He is expected to name Sen. Hillary Clinton of New York, his Democratic primary rival, as his secretary of State. In addition, he’ll announce that Defense Secretary Robert Gates will remain in his job. And hes expected to name Eric Holder to head the Justice Department and Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano to head Homeland Security.
Susan Rice , will be named U.N. ambassador and retired Gen. Jim Jones will be his national security adviser.
