WHY: The campaigns Pennsylvania strategy includes specifically targeting the precincts which Hillary Clinton won during the primary. Moon Township is a suburb of Pittsburg. Clinton won Allegheny County, the home of Moon Township, by eight points.
THE EVENT: The McCain plane pulled right up to the airport hangar here. It was another small crowd, with law enforcement officials estimating roughly 1,000 in attendance.
