McCain, Obama Agree to Fall Debate Schedule

 
WASHINGTON — John McCain and Barack Obama say they are agreeing to hold three presidential debates and one vice presidential debate before the Nov. 4 election. The campaigns issued a joint statement Thursday. The first will be at the University of Mississippi on September 26th. It will focus on foreign policy and national security. Another will be a town-hall style debate on October 7th at Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. The last will be on domestic and economic policy on October 15th at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York. Vice presidential contenders will meet October 2nd at Washington University in St. Louis (link)
