Rep. incumbent Norm Coleman filed a lawsuit Tuesday contesting the recount results.
MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota (CNN) — Minnesota Supreme Court Chief Justice Eric Magnuson has recused himself from appointing the panel of three judges who will preside over the post-election proceedings resulting from the lawsuit filed Tuesday by former U.S. Sen. Norm Coleman.
