'Moneyman' Pays Iraq's Sunni Forces

 
The U.S. military is stuck paying Sunni members of Iraq's security forces after the Shiite-dominated government balked at the idea. The task of handing out salaries requires a solider, nicknamed the "moneyman," to carry a suitcase full of shrink-wrapped bricks of $100 bills. (link)
