NY governor offers agenda for Obama stimulus plan

NEW YORK (Reuters) - New York Governor David Paterson on Monday outlined proposals for President-elect Barack Obama and his planned stimulus plan, arguing that federal aid is essential to save jobs, keep vital services running and revive the economy.
