Obama to lay out executive compensation rules

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Barack Obama is expected to impose on Wednesday a $500,000 cap on executive compensation for companies getting taxpayer bailouts, The New York Times reported on Tuesday, citing people familiar with the plan.
