Opposing Views: Negotiating with the Enemy

 
John McCain says there must be "pre-conditions" before sitting down with Iran's Mahmoud Ahmadinejad or North Korea's Kim Jong Il. Barack Obama says he would take a more open diplomatic stance when meeting with America's foes.     The non-partisan Web site Opposing Views asked the U.S. Army War College and Dr. David Bukay what the United States should consider before negotiating with its enemies .
