Palin Delivers Punchlines on SNL

A “you betcha” here, a mistaken identity for Tina Fey there — Sarah Palin didn’t have to do much to garner laughs during her appearance on Saturday Night Live. The comedians from NBC’s late-night variety show performed around the GOP vice presidential candidate, with Palin chiming in for the punchline during the two skits she had a role in Saturday night. Palin’s highly anticipated appearance comes after several weeks of parodies by actress Tina Fey. Palin and Fey, both bespectacled brunettes, look strikingly similar and Fey has received rave reviews for her impersonation. Fey and Palin shared the screen for only a split second, crossing paths while Fey exited a fake news conference and Palin took to the podium.
