From NBC's John HollandFormer Secretary of State and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Colin Powell said at a news conference he has not been offered and is not looking for a job with the new administration.
"I am not looking for a job," Powell said. "I think I can help this effort along from the outside by being a spokesman and a champion for service to others."
