Rep Frank: mortgage servicer legislation needed

 
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The chairman of a key U.S. congressional committee said on Wednesday that legislation is needed to address mortgage servicing companies' failure to modify more distressed mortgages and reduce foreclosures. (link)
