Report Says Some Judges Are Delaying Citizenship Oaths

 
Federal judges in some parts of the United States have delayed citizenship oaths for immigrants, apparently to keep millions of dollars in fees that would otherwise go to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, according to a new government report and immigration officials. (link)
