ATLANTA, Dec. 2 -- Sen. Saxby Chambliss (R-Ga.) won reelection Tuesday, defeating his Democratic challenger in a runoff and ensuring that the GOP will hold enough seats to deny Democrats a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate.
