From NBC's John YangObama will name Republican Rep. Ray Lahood (IL) his pick for Transportation Secretary. A source close to Lahood says not only did Obama and Lahood get to know and like each other in the Illinois delegation, but Rahm Emanuel played a big role in this selection.
