Rice denies Bush's Mideast peace push a failure

RAMALLAH, West Bank (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on Friday denied the Israeli-Palestinian peace process she sponsored was a failure, saying it should lay the ground for an eventual deal.
