From NBC's Chuck Todd and Domenico MontanaroNew Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson (D) will be officially named Obama's choice for Commerce Secretary at a news conference tomorrow morning. NBC News reported earlier that he was expected to be named to the position at some point.Richardson served as energy secretary in the Clinton administration and was thought to be up for positions Secretary of State, Energy and others.
