Rollins: Good speech, but Obama still needs credibility

Obviously, Bill Clinton is a nightmare to us Republicans and he just gave a great speech at the Democratic National Convention. He laid out certainly the fall campaign, but I have to say that just because he said he was a good commander-in-chief does not make it so.
