Reuters - The U.S. Senate on Thursday approved a $91.3 billion measure that President Barack Obama sought to fund the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, meeting some of his priorities but leaving out funding to close the U.S. prison in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
