AP - The text of the letter released Tuesday by the Democratic leadership in the Senate in which Democrats say they will not seat anyone Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich's appoints to the seat vacated by President-elect Barack Obama. Blagojevich was expected to nominate Roland Burris, former attorney general of Illinois.
