States look for Obama to help in economic downturn

 
PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) - State governors preparing to meet President-elect Barack Obama will ask for $136 billion in infrastructure funds to stimulate the economy immediately, Pennsylvania's governor said on Monday. (link)
