CQPolitics.com - Senate Republicans shuffled their leadership Thursday, elevating John Thune of South Dakota to succeed John Ensign as chairman of the Policy Committee and electing Lisa Murkowski of Alaska to succeed Thune as GOP conference vice chairman.
