WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Navy Adm. Mike Mullen, chairman of the U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff, is visiting the South Asia region amid tensions over last week's Mumbai attacks, Defense Secretary Robert Gates said on Tuesday.
