U.S. Treasury's Geithner to visit Japan

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner will meet with Japanese government officials in Tokyo next week before attending the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation finance ministers meeting in Singapore, the Treasury said on Wednesday.
