U.S. unemployment rate climbs to 10.2 percent

 
WASHINGTON (CNN) – The U.S. unemployment rate rose to 10.2 percent in October, the Labor Department said Friday. It's the first time the unemployment rate has surpassed 10 percent since 1983. (link)
