UK's Brown: U.S. Congress should "seize the moment"

 
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Gordon Brown will make a plea to U.S. lawmakers on Wednesday to help sort out the mess in the banking system and resist protectionism if the world economy is to get back on its feet. (link)
