Cynthia Russell will be raising the roof with Barack Obama — even as the roof caves in on her business. The Florida homebuilder won an all-expenses-paid trip to the inauguration for her essay on her economic struggles and her hopes for the new administration. The Presidential Inaugural Committee is giving away nine more trips to those who enter by midnight Thursday.
