A new website has dedicated itself to ranking the world's heads of state according to hotness. A daunting, arbitrary and traffic-generating task that has everyone (Air America included) crowing about the POTUS' placement. According to Hottest Heads of State , Barack Obama ranks 15th out of 172. Top spot went to Ukraine's Yulia Tymoshenko , with Jens Stoltenberg of Norway and Bhutan's Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck rounding out second and third.
