She is dedicated to her position, but time, state taxpayer dollars, and her own money are being wasted dealing with frivolous ethics claims brought (under a law she got passed) by political enemies. She's got a good Lt Gov in Sean Parnell who will keep the drive for reform moving forward in Juneau, and by leaving now, she's giving him a leg up toward winning a full term in 2010.
