For once, we finally have the true story of victim, Andrew Burd and convicted murderer Hannah Overton on an internet site: Lost in Lima Ohio. All Free Hannah Overton and Larry Overton supporters should read this piece and rethink the vile propaganda put out by the Hannah Overton church and her other supporters. Andrew Burd was tortured and murdered. A reputable medical examiner as well as a highly regarded team of doctors determined that he was the victim of child abuse and the ME ruled it a homicide, with the cause of death acute sodium poisoning (not over time) and the secondary cause of death a blow to Andrew's head. It is disgraceful how the Free Hannah Overton supporters and their church have attacked a poor, defenseless child and all others who did their jobs and convicted this woman. Thank goodness Carlos Valdez, the District Attorney, did not turn away from this case and went forward with Hannah Overton's capital murder prosecution, despite all of the money raised by Hannah's vicious supporters. Now, that is true integrity.

Does A Foster Child Have Less Chance of Justice?
blonde sagacity — A little about four year old Andrew Burd: "...On October 2, 2006 [foster mother] Hannah Overton claims that Andrew, on yet another eating binge, began demanding more food despite having just eaten. She, not wanting to give into his request for more food decided to put- according to her- a few sprinkles of Zatarain's seasoning in a sippy cup filled with water. Hannah says she then offered the cup to Andrew, who liked the chili flavor and accepted the water. In the hour and a half after he drank the water, Andrew fell gravely ill. He had trouble breathing, ...
