Whiskey Fire — ... Impressive, eh? The recipe is here. I have a bad habit from my days as a short order/cafeteria cook that many of you probably share, I cannot follow a recipe verbatim. I suspect this is a result of being forced to follow recipes to the letter as an Army cook. Beyond that, I often just have good ideas that would taste better to me. While I love both sausage and bacon the mick in me wants to stuff the bacon log with roast beef hash. Wow, that sounded so wrong, didn't it? After all, no meal is complete without a serving of potatoes somewhere. I am also pondering how this creation ...
