Pakistan attack on 'war' supplies
Democratic Underground Latest Breaking News — Source: BBC More than 60 lorries supplying Western forces in Afghanistan have been set on fire in a suspected militant attack in north-west Pakistan, police say. One report said the lorries were laden with Humvee vehicles. "They fired rockets, hurled hand grenades and then set ablaze 96 trucks," Reuters news agency quoted a police officer, Azeem Khan, as saying. Another report said 62 lorries had been set on fire.
