John McCain sent his buddies. Misha S. requested Joe Biden.  Biden has more juice than John McCain right now. So if Obama chooses Biden, the Republicans will say....Ha ha, loudmouth, loose cannon Biden. He's Obama's foreign policy arm-candy.  To which Biden will respond, "Bring it. I was in Georgia last week."

Picking Biden Won't Help Obama Control His EnvironmentTalkLeft
It may be that Sen. Barack Obama texts out his VP choice today. The pundits think it's Joe Biden. Clearly, I hope it's not . But, what does Biden do for Obama? He gives McCain a wealth of tv commericals to use against him. Can you just see them now? Biden, saying Obama wasn't ready to be President and the job is "not something that lends itself to on-the-job training." Or this 20 year ...
Biden The Frontrunner For VP ?The Moderate Voice
According to Howard Fineman, Senator Joe Biden is the frontrunner to be the VP pick for Barack Obama. The word is that Obama wants to go with a ’seasoned Beltway type’ and that would be Biden. I’m not so sure about this. Obviously Biden is one of the top contenders and I would not be surprised if he ends up being the choice. But Obama has based his campaign on change and ...
What About Biden?The Moderate Voice
Speculation that Senator Joe Biden of Delaware will be Senator Barack Obama’s choice for vice presidential running mate is heating up . For several reasons, Biden is a sensible choice. He fills several of the bottom line needs Obama has from his number two. Maybe. First, Biden is a mature, experienced office holder. He can play Lyndon Johnson to Obama’s JFK. Second, Biden ...
FWIWHoffmania!
In the so-called veepstakes, Obama can do a lot worse than Joe Biden. Out of the three front-runners, Biden could handily run the country if necessary, which is the number one thing I look for in a VP. Biden knows how to debate, he's very well-liked around the world as a U.S. liason, and he came up with the famous "A noun, a verb and 9/11" quote this year about Giuliani. I can't think of ...

Joe Biden Leaves for GeorgiaTalkLeft
Joe Biden left for Georgia today to meet with its President. Either Obama is not naming his VP candidate Monday or on a more hopeful note, it's not Biden. I'm wondering if Bill Richardson could be back in the running, even though he has a speaker slot at the convention. Obama will be in New Mexico Monday , and New Mexico is one of those states (with its five electoral votes) Obama is trying ...

By Michael J.W. Stickings According to the Chicago Sun-Times 's Lynn Sweet , Biden is "moving up on the list of potential running mates" for Obama. Joe Biden (D-Del.) is moving up on the list of potential running mates for presumptive Democratic nominee
Another Reason Why Obama Should Choose Hillary For VPTalkLeft
The Russia-Georgia conflict gives John McCain another chance to play "experienced hand" versus Obama's novice. Obama has already chosen his VP and most of us assume it will be Kaine, Bayh or Biden. If he has chosen Kaine, he will be having second thoughts. These developments should favor Joe Biden, but the school of thought that does not want the "change" meme diluted will be up in arms ...
