A spokesman for Bill Clinton, Matt McKenna, emails that the former president will release the full list of donors to his foundation by the end of the year.
The New York Times reported this evening that Clinton had agreed to release the names of 208,000 donors, which reportedly includes everyone from Arab governments to Eastern European tycoons, removing a final hurdle to his wife's nomination as Secretary of State. The disclosure was worked out in negotiation with lawyers for president-elect Barack Obama.
