So much for the example of class and good wishes extended at every opportunity by President Bush!
It won’t come as any surprise that the examples of generous, graceful good wishes President Bush showered at every opportunity on the incoming Obama Administration had no effect whatsoever.
After all, we saw that from the top down, Obama’s swipe at Bush in an interview last Friday was followed by Rahm Emanuel, now White House Chief of Staff, using the phrase “last eight years” as a pretext to excuse whatever missteps Obama might make.

... I wonder if President Obama will be able to bring Americans along on His Great Big Post-Partisan Adventure. They sure booed Bush when he came out for the inaugural ceremonies yesterday-- or were they booing John Boehner? I guess it doesn't matter.
