Barry and his accuser were traveling in different cars when the woman waved down a police officer to complain that someone was following her. That "someone" turned out to be Barry. [image] Flickr by digital don Current D.C. Council member and former D.C. mayor, Marion Barry was arrested on July 4th in Washington for allegedly stalking his ex-girlfriend. The former mayor who has had several run-ins with the law was charged with one count of misdemeanor stalking and released from police custody later in the evening.
