(But) I think we are toward the end. ... I dont see exactly why they havent deemed it a homicide, Josh Sparkman said in an interview Tuesday. It seems pretty obvious it couldnt be an accident. And that would be one very unusual suicide. He said he has been told some sort of announcement will occur within weeks and added that he would be furious if his fathers death is not ruled a homicide.
