On the one hand, if I lived in a Nairobi slum I would smoke pot , at the very least . You need something serious to take the edge off of that kind of misery. On the other hand, however, it is curious that President Obama has not apparently helped his close Kenyan relatives. In a place like Kenya, a few hundred bucks a month could make a big difference to the whole family.
