Expert: Closing Gitmo 'Not An Easy Process'
It won't be "an easy process" for President-elect Barack Obama to make good on a campaign promise to close the Guantanamo Bay prison holding more than 200 detainees captured in the war on terrorism, according to a research director in public law and governance studies at the Brookings Institution.
